Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 1600 Hours on 24 February 2024, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the activation of FIRST BATTALION, WESTMARCH RIFLES, assigned to the 2nd Field Army and garrisoned at Fort Gryphon. The establishment expands the existing company formation activated with Adjutant General Order 2311-01.
Colonel Sir John CAUFFMAN is hereby appointed to the position of Officer Commanding, Westmarch Rifles, and directed and required to report to Westmarch Rifles HQ, Fort Gryphon, there to take command of the 1st Battalion (1WESTMARCH).
The following personnel are hereby assigned to the regimental command element and brevetted to the indicated ranks:
1LT Michael CYGANIEWICZ is appointed Battalion Executive Officer and brevetted to the rank of Major (O-4).
MSGT Steven MEHR is appointed Battalion NCOIC and brevetted to the grade of Sergeant Major (E-9)
