As of this date, 12 July 2019, after consulting with the College of Arms, all artwork submissions to the Bureau of Communications for peerage arms or for any chapter, echelon, or other organizational crest must be first submitted to the College of Arms (coa@trmn.org) for review and approval.
Once the College of Arms has approved your crest, include that approval email with your submission to BuComm with along your artwork in Adobe Illustrator(ai) or Scalable Vector Graphic(svg) format, artwork approval form and signed artist's release.
