Admiralty Order 1401-05 was issued January 27, 2014 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It deals with the indcution of new members to the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby promote Major Kevin Horner, Member of the Order, with the class of Companion effective to 22-Jan-14 as a reward for donations since 20-FEB-11.
This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Class, including the post-nominal letters of KDE.
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby induct Lt. Commander Patrick McKinnon, Member of the Order, with the class of Knight effective to 20-Aug-13 as a reward for donations since 20-FEB-11.
This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Class, including the post-nominal letters of KE, and the right to be known as “Sir”.
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby induct Senior Master Chief Petty Officer Thomas Coonradt, Member of the Order, with the class of Member effective to 28-Jun-13 as a reward for donations since 20-FEB-11.
This Non-Commissioned Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Class, including the post-nominal letters of ME.
