Re: Award of Prisoner of War Medal

GRYPHON FLEET ORDER 1604-C 10APR2016

CAPTAIN JUNIOR GRADE JUSTIN DUPRAS represented the Royal Manticoran Navy by participating in operations with the Mighty Mandos during NWI Comic Con, wearing Manticoran insignia on his Imperial Stormtrooper Armor.

Effective 10 April, 2016 Captain Dupras is hereby awarded the PRISONER OF WAR MEDAL and authorized to wear the POW ribbon with cluster, this being his second award of the medal.
