As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Brigadier General Jackie Stuard, RMMC to the position of CORE Instructor, Landing University, Star Kingdom University System.
Brigadier General Stuard, you are ordered to report to Landing University, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as CORE Instructor, where you will report to the Regent of the Star Kingdom University System.
