Chief Petty Officer Steven Nemer (RMN-3415-15) is hereby appointed to the position of Landing University’s Dean of King's College. Youi are also breveted to the rank of Lieutenant (JG) O-2.
Lieutenant Nemer, you are ordered to report to the Offices of King’s College, Landing University, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume the duties of Dean of King’s College.
