By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:
Civilian Two (C-2) Amanda Barrow (RMN-3975-16) is appointed to the position of Core Instructor at Landing University and is promoted to Civilian Seven (C-7).
Mrs. Barrow, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Provost of Landing University to assume your duties.
