Fregattenkapitain Hampson:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard SMS Scharnhorst' (SD-227), relieving Flotillenadmiral Philip Wohlrab, OE, IAN, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service of the Empire. Fail not in this charge at your peril. Based upon the policies of the Bureau of Ships for command of a Superdreadnought, you are subequently brevetted to the rank of KAPITÄN DER STERNE, IAN.
Additionally, the following personnel are appointed under your command in the related capacities:
- Kapitainleutnant Kacey Ezell, IAN, (RMN-3023-15) is appointed as Executive Officer and is brevetted to the rank of FREGATTENKAPITAIN, IAN.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to FADM Wohlrab for his service as Commanding Officer of SMS Scharnhorst.
