Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on January 1, 2016, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Testudo, under the command of Commander Darryl Hobbs. This is an Avalon Class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Winston-Salem, NC.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Testudo:
