Effective as of 0001 Hours on January 1, 2015, it is my duty to announce a new Command Staff for {{#if:hcn

}}}}. The new Command Staff are as follows:
- Michael Laselva is appointed as Executive Officer.
Michael Laselva is hereby breveted to the rank of Lieutenant, senior grade.
Commanding Officer and remaining crew are unchanged.
