BuPlan Directive 2006-03 was issued on 24 June 2020 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. This directive announces the promotion and appointment of the Chief of Staff for the Office of Marketing, Branding, and Art within the Bureau of Planning.

Petty Officer 2nd Class Bruce Crews;
Having completed your 60 day probation period as Yeoman for the Division of Marketing, Branding and Art, you are hereby promoted to the position of Chief of Staff for that Division with all the rights and responsibilities associated with that role. Effective this 24th day of June, 2020, you are ordered to carry out your duties carefully and diligently as such in the rank of Commander. Congratulations and thank you for your efforts on behalf of BuPlan, and TRMN.
