By my Authority as Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticore Army, I hereby promote John Brice Jr who has met all course requirements to the rank of Colonel in the Royal Manticore Army due for the position of Regiment Commander of the 11th Serpent Heads Hussars. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The 11th Serpent Heads Hussars Unit will serve as the Headquarters for the east southern command, Colonel Brice Jr will be the Commanding Officer of the area until, the Division is formed. The above orders are effective as of 01st of July 2021.
