I hereby appoint Lt. Commander Benjamin Tift (RMN-2368-14), Dean of Queen’s College of the Landing University
System. You are also hereby brevetted to Commander (O-5) Commodore (F-1).
Commander Tift, you are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Regent, Landing University, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, where you are to assume the duties of Dean of Queen’s College of the Landing University System
