By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, OR, SC, Earl New Mecklenburg, the following personnel are to be assigned accordingly:
The Bureau of Ships would like to express its thanks and appreciation for Chief Houseknecht's service as Bosun.
Due to BuShips and BuPers policy regarding training qualifications, the following rank adjustments are ordered:
- S3C Gavin Chappell is hereby brevetted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
- CPO Bryan Houseknecht (RMN-0512-12) is hereby reduced to the rank of SPACER FIRST CLASS, RMN.
The above orders are effective on this date, 19 October 2016.
