Effective as of 0001 Hours on June 15, 2015, it is my duty to announce the change of command for {{#if:hcn

}}}}. The new Command Crew is as follows:
- CPO Michael Ciaravella is hereby appointed as Bosun, HMS Penelope
The CO, XO, and remaining crew and is unchanged at this time.
Additionally, the following officers are hereby breveted to the ranks indicated blow, effective immediately:
- Michael Ciaravella to Chief Petty Officer
