With the authority granted by the First Space Lord, Fleet Admiral of the Red Boundary Waters, inasmuch as the Fourth Space Lord shall be in attendance at the previously-scheduled Fleet Exercise BayCon 2019 in San Mateo, California (http://baycon.org/), this Exercise is formally declared as the Fourth Space Lord's Admiralty House Event.
This declaration makes the Havenite War Campaign Medal available to all those who qualify by making sufficient contribution(s) to the success of the event as stipulated by the Bureau of Personnel.
