To:	All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Marine Corps and Army, Grayson Space Navy, Imperial Andermani Navy, Republic of Haven Navy, and Civilian Corps
From:	Martin Lessem, KSK, GCR, GCE, DSO, CGM, GS, Admiral of the Fleet, First Lord of the Admiralty, Duke, New Scania
Re:	Elizabeth III Coronation Medal (Admiralty Order 1701-02)

Effective immediately, this Award is granted to any member who served during the 12 Month Calendar Year beginning on 01JAN17. This is to celebrate 10 years since the founding of The Royal Manticoran Navy, The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association and may be worn by any member who qualifies. This overrides any other date printed with the award in any manual or website.
