Effective May 16, 2019, Captain (JG) @Aaron Clark (RMN-1719-13) is appointed to the position of Commandant of the SIA Technical Specialties College and is promoted to the rank of Captain of the List (O-6B).
Captain (SG) Clark, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the SIA Technical Specialties College to assume Command as Commandant. Congratulations!
