Re:	Admiralty Orders vs. Manuals (Admiralty Order 1202-03)

As of the date of this Order, 18-FEB-12, Manuals take precedent over any Relevant Admiralty Order published before the manual was printed. Any Admiralty Order published after may modify a Manual until a Manual Revision is published, at which point the Manual again take precedent over relevant Admiralty Orders.
