The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Vixen (DD-174), in the defined capacities:
- S3C Edwin Twedt-Coulter, RMN (RMN-3305-15) is hereby appointed as SHIP'S BOSUN and brevetted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN, relieving CPO Bryan Mainerich, RMN.
