My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on December 5, 2014, it is my duty to announce a Change of Command for {{#if:hcn
|HMS Achilles (BC-549) |{{#if:BC-549 |HMS Achilles |HMS Achilles
}}}}. This is an Agamemnon Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Decatur, GA.
The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Captain, junior grade Scott Ash is assigned as CO, HMS Achilles
The XO, Bosun, and remaining crew are unchanged at this time.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Scott Ash to Captain, junior grade
