My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on January 1, 2015, it is my duty to announce a new Command Staff for HMS Kraken, SD-163. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Commander Chris Carter is appointed as Executive Officer.
Chris Carter is hereby breveted to the rank of Commander.
Commanding Officer and remaining crew are unchanged.
