As of the date of this order, any member of TRMN can nominate any other member of TRMN for an award, regardless of rank of position.
Additionally, BuComm will remove from the online form, within a reasonable time, the need to provide the nominators Time-In-Grade, and the nominees Time-In-Grade and SIA Coursework.
