As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby induct Rear Admiral of the Red Eugene Haggerty, Member of the Order, with the class of Knight Companion, effective 19-MAR-12 as a reward for his donations since 20-FEB-11.
This Officer is now afforded the honors and privileges associated with the above Class, including the post-nominal letters of KCE and the privilege of being addressed as “Sir”.
