As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby re-appoint Vicky Gouliard as Fifth Space Lord, BuPes, with the rank of Admiral of the Red, effective 01-Oct-10.
