From:	RMA, Deputy Commander Chief of Staff
Re:	Command Transfer of LTC David Breland RMN-3834-16 (AD-2108-03)

By my Authority as Deputy Commander Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticore Army, LTC David Breland (RMN-3834-16) is hereby directed and required to assume the duties and position of Commanding Officer 10th Columbia Plateau of the Royal Manticore Army and therefore transferred and relieved from Commanding Officer of the 9th Crimson Sands RMAAC to assume your duties. Fail not in this charge at your peril
