To:	All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Marine Corps and Army
From:	Martin Lessem, KSK, GCE, KCR, DSO, GS, First Lord of the Admiralty, Admiral of the Fleet, Duke, New Scania
Re:	Transfer Requests (Admiralty Order 1412-02)

All transfer requests that are not Billet Transfers in nature (ie Promotion to a Space Lord, or assignment to the Academy, or assignment to an Army Unit) must come to BuPers from the member being transferred. If the member is changing Branch to make the transfer (ex RMN to RMA; RMN to IAN; RMA to IAN; etc.) the request *must* go through BuPers. Emails Marked Official Transfer Orders from others than the member requesting transfer will not qualify as transfer requests, excepting Billet Transfers as mentioned above.
