As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Sergeant Major David Woodard to the position of Regimental Sergeant Major, London Point. Sergeant Major David Woodard, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste. There you will assume the office of Regimental Sergeant Major, London Point. You are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Regimental Sergeant Major.
