As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Joseph Dorffner, Jr. as Convention Liaison Officer in the Office of the Staff Intelligence Officer in the Office of the First Lord of the Admiralty, effective 19-FEB-11.
This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with their above Billet and Ranks.
