Effective as of 0001 Hours on December 12, 2014, it is my duty to announce a new Command Staff for {{#if:hcn

}}}}. The new Command Staff are as follows:
- David Reustle is appointed as Bosun
David Reustle is breveted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer
Josef Melech is reduced to his permanent rank of Spacer 3rd Class.
CO, XO, and remaining crew are unchanged.
