| Re: | DIR-CIV-0011 Update of Regional Chapter Requirements |
To align the requirements of the Civilian sector to that of the Miliary model, and reflect the SKUS degree program; henceforth the following staffing and paygrade requirements will be instituted:
The Minimum staff for a Civilian Quadrant Embassy will be 20 personnel, comprised of:
- Head of Posting – C-17
- Deputy Head of Posting – C-16
- Assistant Head of Posting – C-12
- Department Heads (3) – C-7<
- Staff – C-6 and under – 14
This order will be effective immediately.
