Introduction

Dear Chapter CO,

Welcome to your first command. This is a time-honored position within our noble organization. While the organization considers this position to have a single hat, you will quickly discover that you will need to wear multiple hats in service to your chapter's members. Your goal is not to know everything or do everything but to be an initial point of contact for your membership to the greater organization and for the organization to interact with your members. This is a critical position that is the foundation of the TRMN. Without your participation within and commitment to the organization, it would cease to exist. Thank you for taking on this challenge.
