Army Directive 2109-01

Army Directive 2109-01 was issued 05 September 2021 under the authority of the Royal Manticoran Army Deputy Commander/Chief of Staff. It promoted a member to the rank of O-2 and assigned him as commanding officer of a unit.

Re:	Promotion and assumption of Command of the 39th Sphinxian Grenadier Guards, Home Guard (Clipper Island Dragoons) of Matthew Davies

By my Authority as Deputy Commander Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticore Army, Matthew Davies (RMN-6678-21) is hereby promoted to the rank of 2 LT having completed the courses requirements and directed to assume the duties and position of Commanding Officer 39th Sphinxian Grenadier Guards, Home Guard (Clipper Island Dragoons) of the Royal Manticore Army and therefore transferred from the 20th Home Guard to assume your duties. Fail not in this charge at your peril
