Admiralty Order 1312-02 was issued December 10, 2013 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It appoints the First Lord of the Admiralty's Staff Intelligence Officer.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, I hereby appoint Eric Neve to the role of Staff Intelligence Officer for the First Lord of the Admiralty. This Officer is tasked with coordinating the Special Projects of TRMN and all of her divisions as needed.
For this work, this Officer is awarded the rank of Captain Junior Grade, with all the rights, responsibilities, and privileges this confers. Template:Order Sig
