For having met time in grade, the academic requirements, promotion points requirements, and having the endorsement of their commanding officers, the following individuals are hereby promoted:
- Robert Graham, RMN-4048-16 of HMS Salamander is hereby promoted to Lieutenant JG (O-2)
- Patricia Bradley, RMN-4193-16 of RHNS Victoire is hereby promoted to Lieutenant JG (O-2)
