As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby induct Chief Petty Officer Kim Niemeyer, Member of the Order, with the class of Member, effective to 10-SEP-12 as a reward for his donations since 20-FEB-11.
This Non-Commissioned Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Class, including the post-nominal letters of ME.
