BuTrain Order 016-21 was issued on 13 February, 2021 by the Commandant of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Training Command. It appointed the Command Sergeant Major of the RMMCTC.

I have the honor to announce the appointment of Major General James Olsen (RMN-3767-16) as the War College instructor of RMMCTC.
Major General Olsen you are hereby ordered to report immediately to Major General W.T. Farley at the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Training Command, Camp Maastricht. There to perform the duties and assignments as the RMMCTC War College Instructor.
Welcome aboard Major General Olsen.
