As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby induct Captain Senior Grade Mark Gutis, Member of the Order, with the class of Member, effective 07-AUG-11 as a reward for his donations, totaling $50.00 since 20-FEB-11.
This Rating is now afforded the honors and privileges associated with the above Class, including the post-nominal letters of ME.
