As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint James Friedline as Sixth Space Lord, BuTrain, with the rank of Admiral of the Red, effective 09-JUL-11.
This Officers is now afforded the honors and privileges associated with the above Billets, Ranks and Title.
