BuShips Directive 1510-03 was issued on 13 October 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command of HMS Snow Leopard.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on October 13, 2015, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for {{#if:hcn

}}}}, under the command of Captain, j.g. Zack Fraser. This is a Saganami-C Class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the First Fleet, based in Manchester, CT.
Adam Strickland is hereby assigned as Executive Officer of HMS Snow Leopard.
The remaining Command Staff and crew of HMS Snow Leopard remain unchanged at this time.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below
