My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on April 1, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Gawain (DD-480), under the command of Lt. Commander Sean O’Leary. This is a Roland Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Second Fleet, based in the Madison, WI.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Gawain:

• Sean O’Leary to Lieutenant Commander (and assigned as CO of HMS Gawain)
• David Hall to Lieutenant, Senior Grade (and assigned as XO of HMS Gawain)
• Don Eggert to Chief Petty Officer (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Gawain)
• Spacer 2nd Class Daniel Kurtycz
• Spacer 3rd Class Lance Hansen
• Spacer 3rd Class Phil Cook

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below
