BuShips Directive 1511-19 was issued on 30 November 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints command staff of HMS Kraken.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 30, 2015, it is my duty to announce a new Command Staff for HMS Kraken. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Senior Chief Petty Officer Caitlin Bleau is appointed as Bosun.
Commanding Officer and remaining crew are unchanged.
