6th Fleet Order 1812-04 was issued 30 December 2018 by Commanding Officer Sixth Fleet. This order announced the 6th Fleet winner of the Black Sphinx Cup for 2018.

Based upon my review of the results posted by CAPT Clark, it is my pleasure to declare HMS Barbarossa the winner of this year's Black Sphinx Cup for 6th Fleet. Their coordinator is directed to prepare their submission to the 1SL's Office for consideration in this year's competition. Barbarossa is awarded the Fleet Excellence in Gold Award and are authorized to wear same.
