BuShips Directive 1604-01 was issued on 4 April 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command for HMS Devastation.
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on April 4, 2016, it is my duty to announce a change of command for HMS Devastation. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Norfolk, VA.
The new Commanding Officer is:
- Lt. Commander Andrew Martin
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
- Andrew Martin to Lt. Commander
Additionally, Jacklyn Sullivan is reduced to her permanent rank of Ensign.
