Re:	Assignment of Commanding Officer

By my Authority as Deputy Commander Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticore Army, 2nd LT Elizabeth Nelson (RMN-3039-15) is directed to assume the duties and position of Commanding Officer of the 68th Manticoran Atmospheric Wing, Home Guard (New Victoria Guardians) Royal Manticore Army. Fail not in this charge at your peril
