Manticore Central Control (ATC-01) is First Fleet's Royal Manticoran Astro Control Service station, also serves as the RMACS's flagship station, and is the holding chapter for all civilian personnel not yet affiliated with a chapter. Commanded by ADM Garret Bitker, Baron Silver Lake, Central Control claims Owatonna, MN as her charter city.
History
Central Control was commissioned on 18 SEPT 2018 under the command of then-CAPT Bitker by order of BuShips.<ref>BuShips Directive 1809-11</ref>
