The Republic of Haven Navy (abbreviation: RHN) is a component of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc..
When the RHN grows to enough chapters to warrant a fleet command, Eleventh Fleet has been reserved for the Haven Home Fleet, or Haven Expeditionary Fleet.
