FROM: RADM Gilwell, GSN
My Lord:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed to the Office of the High Admiral, Command Central, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Sector Communications Officer, Europe, relieving Captain Misha Sumra, GSN in service to the Sword. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
I wish to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to CAPT Sumra for his dedicated service to the Office of the High Admiral and wish him all success in his appointment as Fourth Fleet Chief of Staff.
The above directive, Protector’s Order 2308-02, is effective on this date, 03 August 2023.
