Re: Transfer of Position (Protector’s order 1102-13)

Communication is the backbone of the correspondence chapters. Without it, we cannot function. As such, when a member is transferred from one command to another, or position, the gaining commander must inform the losing commander of the transfer of personnel, unless the losing commander notified the gaining commander prior. Exceptions are transfers directed and/or ordered by BuPers or the Office of Personnel.

POC is the undersigned.
