The Baronie von Hohenheim is an Andermani Peerage title awarded by The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.

von Hohenheim was created as a title on 01 July 2023 at MantiCon when GadF Ritter David Westover was created Freiherr [1] von Hohenheim.

History and Geography of von Hohenheim

von Hohenheim is a relatively new barony, located on Gregor-B, 49 light-years from New Berlin. Following the annexation of the Gregor Republic by the Andermani Empire in the late 1860s PD[2], a number of strategic Andermani military, industrial, and commercial nodes were established. What would become the nucleus of the now extensive von Hohenheim holdings can trace their separate histories back to all three of these sectors of Andermani acculturation.

With members of the extended Westover family still located on Potsdam, this more adventurous branch of the family seized the opportunity to move to a new planet, establish multiple critical industrial and commercial operations, and leverage the financial gains associated with their proximity to the Gregor Terminus. What started as a series of relatively modest service industry concerns has since grown to be among the wealthiest holdings of any Andermani peerage.
